Through a specific process, low-grade steam flash is distilled by an evaporation and crystallization process before the unit returns to the steam system to replace the heating medium adopted by the original process. Medium pressure steam, while reducing energy consumption, lessens discharge of waste heat and condensing water during the evaporation and crystallization process.
