Through graded recycling and utilization of waste heat, the recycling and utilization of waste heat of sinter machines and cooling machines can be maximized.

High-temperature section: The waste heat of exhaust gas is transformed to steam through a waste heat boiler and then utilized in the major steam network or directly for power generation.

Medium-temperature section: Hot air is produced through high-performance gas-to-gas heat exchanger and used as combustion air for sinter lighting and hot gas sintering.

Low-temperature section: Pre-heat mineral aggregate or water for warming in winter.
