Flue gas produced in the manufacturing of an electric furnace has high temperature, high density of dust and dramatic periodic temperature fluctuations. Recycle flue gas waste heat of electric furnaces based on our dedicated technology of waste heat recycling and produce steam in a safe and stable manner. It also can be integrated in a steam tube network or for pumping vacuum of refining furnaces.
